Earth Day seems like a good time to talk about what Dovetail Framing is doing to protect the environment and encourage more sustainable practices. Rather than keep buying more and more rolls of plastic bubble wrap and stretch wrap, which is expensive and difficult to recycle, we're decided to 'burst the bubble' and come up with a more sustainable solution.
Deliveries to customers' homes are now being made in these rather smart Artpakk art bags from our friends at Great Art which provide just as much protection as bubble wrap and can be endlessly reused. Even just in the last few weeks, this has prevented nearly 100 metres of bubble wrap from being ordered and potentially discarded.
